Risk and Portfolio Management

TKGES uses its Portfolio and Risk Management system that evaluates the entire portfolio of projects by applying a consolidated and multidisciplinary approach. The interactive system generates both short-term and long-term projections of all key performance indicators, allowing clients to optimize results. Examples include life of portfolio, projections of the profit/loss account, balance sheet, EBITDA, risk-weighed investments, production and revenues, and fiscal position. This methodology is particularly useful to balance risk and capital exposure; optimize leverage and fiscal results; and plan new investments, divestments, or portfolio rationalization. In essence, it is a tool to assist with current decisions that will shape the future portfolio of the company.
